Premium David Blackmore Wagyu Beef from Australia, in addition to Grass-Fed and Grain-Fed Beef, selected for their exceptional flavor. We choose the finest, naturally reared meat from native, traditional breeds and dry-age on the bone. The result is a melting succulence and deep, distinct flavor.

Stew Beef
Our ground beef is a specified blend of chuck, brisket, short rib and flavorful cuts of steak that we trim while butchering every day. It’s an exceptionally beefy blend ground to an 80/20 ratio of lean meat to fat. We do a medium coarse grind for a better mouth feel. and we always grind fresh daily!
